The Network
M&A CEE was founded in October 2003 to address a growing demand for cross-border investment banking services from middle-market companies with ambition to expand in Central and Eastern Europe. We feel that in the CEE Region, many companies established by local entrepreneurs after the collapse of the Berlin Wall, or privatised through management and employee buy-outs have outgrown their home markets and are ready to enter neighbouring countries through acquisitions.

M&A CEE is a close-knit network of independent corporate finance houses with offices across Central Eastern Europe. Each member of M&A CEE is a highly respected corporate finance company in its local market with a track record of successfully completed deals.

Members of M&A CEE can provide their clients with immediate access to acquisition targets, potential purchasers, strategic partners and financial institutions across the CEE Region.
